| As you may or may not know, I make Video Game art in Minecraft. I do it pixel by pixel. I had only ever done 8-bit creations before, so I thought 'I need to try something harder'. I started doing Phoenix Wright in Objection! pose. I got about 8 pixel lines up before I realized that I don't have enough height room to make him. This disappointed me. So, my question is: Has the height limit in Minecraft ever restricted you from doing something awesome? If so, or even if not so, should it be bigger? | |

| Yes. I was building a gravel tower as high as I can, so I can dig it back down. I'd have liked "as high as I can" to have been higher.
Oh, wait, you said something awesome. Then, no. But I think there's mods to increase the height limit, that might be useful to you.

| Not really. When I make pixel art, I always build it in the ground so i can have an overhead view. | |

Actually, SYDK, Jaco's method could be a good solution to your problem. I could link you to a map download that is just completely flat land, so you have an unlimited amount of space to work with. I'll post the link to it when I get home from work. EDIT: Here you go: http://www.minecraftdl.com/flat-land-map-1-6/

| It's pretty simple. It's like an adventure map I'd believe. I don't really have time to explain so wait for jeff or google it. | |

| Google how to get into the .minecraft folder. In there, you should see a folder called "saves". Copy the map file into that folder. Then, load up Minecraft and you should see the map there just like any other save file. | |
