Slave Lake, Alberta had a wildfire displacing over 7,000 people. I thought I should share this because apparently I'd been there before. This has been Skray Lemm from SMB news, out

That's terrible news! Why must fire be so cruel! (Was anyone killed or injured?)

No deaths reported and no serious injuries, but if you watch news and stuff then everyone who lived there is complaining how they were told they not to worry then smelt smoke and ran. I think if there was a precautionary evacution and the fire wouldn't have destroyed any homes then people would complain just as much as now. I'm feeling little sympathy cause if I were told two out of control wildfires were burning right beside the town I'd pack my valuable stuff and clothes and what not just in case
