Totally got another offer with the exact same wording. This time it's stellafair71, though. Probably completely unrelated. We should take away PM power from guests.

I think I fixed it, I didn't find the option but I found an option to make it so they can only private message if they post atleast 2 messages (I thought about one, but some may be programmed to post a topic then private message, I don't know, 2 seems good enough, even though I think it might include members).
