Apparently, #diarrhea is trending on Twitter because someone threw, well, crap at Justin Bieber. Not sure why this would make #diarrhea trend, instead of something like, #justinbieberpeltedwithpoop or something, but whatever.

Yes, I realize this thread is kinda gross, and that crap and Justin Bieber shouldn't be talked about unless you're talking about his music.
