It says you need exclusive rights, and with our popularity i reckon companies would have to give smb the rights to avoid the fans from hacking their systems.

Even then, someone would have to sue them AND probably companies will give like a line that they will let anyone play or something like that.

AND, as I read and have seen, videogame publishers could have stopped... oh hey here's a video that came out when I was checking if I was right.
