| Oh Hai internet! It is I DarkKirby, and Welcome to my Review of the Kirby Abilities  I will review all the abilities from the past Kirby games. I will NOT Review the Anime-Only Ones, Nor will I review the Only-side-game abilities. Such as Balloon. My Reviews will look like and be like Jaco's Pokemon thread. I will also allow users to post their OWN Biased Review on each ability Added a new part where I put the Ability's next game. Mainly Kirby's Return to Dream Land. Mass Attack does not Count. (If that even has powers yet. I didn't do Research on that because I do not wish to know yet.) I only put The Next Appearance on the ability if it is Confirmed that they're in the game. Also, If you do not wish to be spoiled by anything (And by that I mean, If you haven't played a Single kirby game and Do not know what an ability is, Or by not wishing to see Kirby's Return to dreamland Abilities.) Please Proceed with caution, as I will Address Kirby's Return to Dream Land on the appropriate Ability. With that out of the way, Let's get started! - Quote :
- .01 Animal:
 " You Love Dirt! DIG! Sweet dirt! DIG! DIG! DIG! DIG! Can't dig everywhere... " Origin: Kirby: Squeak Squad Last Seen: Kirby: Squeak Squad In my opinion, Animal is one of the worst Abilities ever. I mean I'm not usually picky, but an ability that's only good for digging, is pretty bad. Animal is a Melee attacker, and has no projectile Attacks. Compared to Fighter Kirby, Animal is one bad ability. Most of it's attacks are based on Real animal Characteristics. Which means Animal scratches, and bites. Yay? Anyway, Animal does get ONE good ability after you get the Animal scroll, which is the Drill spin. When using the Drill spin, Kirby spins like a drill and can plow through dirt and enemies alike. When doing this move, you are invincible. My Score: 3/10 UserScore:
- .02 BackDrop:
 "Whoo-HAAH! Once I grab a foe, throw him with +!" Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland Don't See Backdrop as much as you used to, do you? Well that's because it was replaced by Suplex, a much better, and advanced version of backdrop. Back in the days of Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland, Backdrop was a very useful ability. Backdrop is still being used for the Smash Bros. Series. For what this ability is worth, It's pretty good. Capturing enemies and throwing them is Oh-so Satisfying. My Score: 8/10 UserScore:
- .03 Ball:
 "Change form and Hold the A Button! BOUNCE! BOING! BONK!" Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Canvas Curse Ahh the ball ability... What a nice one. Last appeared in SSBM as a trophy, and Nightmare in Dreamland as an ability, Ball was sort of like the wheel ability. When pressing the B button, you transform into a ball. Press it again to transform back. When in ball form. You can roll and bounce around the stage. When bouncing, You can damage enemies in the air, or when hitting the ground. The higher you jump, the Better the results. Now compared to other abilities, such as Wheel, ball doesn't quite hold up. But this ability was useful for it's time. My Score: 6/10 UserScore:
- .04 Beam:
 "This beam's like a whip! Whaa-pssssshh! Beam it! Beam it! Beam it!" Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra Next Appearance: Kirby's Return to Dream Land Beam is one Awesome ability. It's also one of the most common. Back in my day, Beam was easily one of the best abilities. Now we have other ones that Rival beam. Beam has some good moves, and it can defeat enemies pretty easily. Most people just discard this ability once they reach more abilities throughout the level, which is pretty sad since this ability is good for what it's worth. My Score: 8/10 UserScore:
- .05 Bomb:
 "Grab a bomb and hold the button to set the throw angle. Toss it and it'll go Ka-BOOM!" Origin: Kirby Super Star Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra Next Appearance: Kirby's Return to Dream Land Bomb is another Ability that seems More underrated then it should be. Bomb is Uncommon compared to Beam, but more common than other abilities. Such as Ninja, and Fighting. Most people use this ability to it's full potential, unlike beam where they would discard it the second a new ability pops up. Bomb is a useful ability at times, but it has it's flaws. Like the fact that when getting ready to throw, you're completely vulnerable to attacks, but the fact you can rapidly throw bombs makes up for it. My score: 7/10 UserScore:
- .06 Bubble:
 "Mysterious bubbles can capture so much." Origin: Kirby: Squeak Squad Last Seen: Kirby: Squeak Squad Well, What can I say? You use bubbles to trap enemies in them and then save their powers for later. That's basically it. Pretty useful if you want to store powers for later. My Score: 6/10 UserScore:
- .07 Burning:
 "Flaming tackle time! Who's gonna stop me?" Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Canvas Curse Most people know this Ability as Kirby's Dash attack in Melee. The ability was in Dreamland 2-Kirby's Canvas Curse. It's a very useful ability back in it's time, but has since been added as the Fire abilities' Dash Attack. My Score: 5/10 UserScore:
- .08 Clean:
Origin: Kirby's Dream land 3 Last Seen: Ability planned to be in Kirby (Gamecube), but that was cancelled. The Clean ability was only found in Kirby's Dreamland 3. It's known as the Weakest ability in Dreamland 3, but it is needed to get most of the Heart Stars in the game. When the Clean Ability is paired with an animal friend, it can be a great Ability. My Score: 3/10 UserScore:
- .09 Cook:
 "What's on today's menu? Put all your foes in the pot and stew them to perfection! " Origin: Kirby Super Star Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra Cook Kirby is one Popular Ability. People might mostly known it as Kirby's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros Brawl. Cook is a Good ability if you need health, and you need to take out all the enemies on the screen. This ability is a one time use, just like Crash and Paint. Kirby usually Looks cheerful and full of life when using this ability, but in Amazing mirror, he doesn't seem very happy... Maybe it's because he's eating dirty enemies? My Score: 8/10 UserScore:
- .10 Crash:
 "KO all foes with a big BOOM! But be careful. This ultimate weapon has only 1 charge." Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra Crash is another One time use, along with Paint, and Cook. This is probably the best out of all 3 of the One time use abilities. Back in Kirby's Adventure, Kirby would freeze all enemies on screen, and fly rapidly across the screen dealing damage to all enemies. Now, Kirby explodes the screen, and sets everyone on fire, dealing extra damage. This ability is one of the most Powerful attacks in the series. My Score: 8/10 UserScore:
- .11 Cupid:
 “Fire a pointy arrow. Press and release B to fire the arrow. Change where you aim with the Control Pad.” Origin: Kirby & the Amazing Mirror Last Seen: Kirby Squeak Squad. Also known as Angel in the Japanese versions of the games, Cupid is one of Kirby's newer abilities. Making it's debut in Kirby and the Amazing mirror, then last being seen in Squeak Squad. When inhaling a Cupie, you gain this ability. Kirby gains a pair of wings, a Bow, and an Endless supply of Hear-shaped Arrows. Kirby can fly around and shoot enemies with his arrows. The longer you hold down the B button, the more arrows Kirby shoots. Kirby can angle his shots, which makes the ability even better. I actually Like this ability. It's not too bad. Kirby just happens to move kind of slow. My Score: 7/10 UserScore:
- .12 Cutter:
 “Throw a boomerang all over! Slash! Jab! Strike! You can even cut ropes!” Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra Next Appearance: Kirby's Return to Dream Land Cutter is amazing. That's all I have to say. Okay, no it isn't. When using this ability, Kirby throws a curved blade (Or his face in Kirby 64's case.) and it returns to him in a Boomerang Fashion. That's basically it. It's a Really good ability. Nothing bad to say about it. Especially in Squeak Squad. My Score: 10/10 (First 10 out of 10!) UserScore:
- .13 Fighter:
 "Go for it! CHAMPION” Origin: Kirby Super Star Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra As Many of you know, (Or Mainly just Brawlroomians.) Fighter Kirby is one of my All-Time Favorite Kirby abilities. It's one of Kirby's most Versatile abilities. One of the main Reasons I like this Ability, is the fact that I play Street Fighter a lot. And since Kirby has a Shoryuken, Hadouken, Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, and a Flash kick in this ability, it makes the Ability even better. Kirby has A few Mid-air Moves, and quite a bit Grounded moves. He's basically set for all situations against Enemies. In my life time of playing Kirby games, every time I got the Fighter ability, I ALWAYS Hesitated whether or not I should've Dropped it for another Power. Same with Wheel (Which will be reviewed MUCH later.) And When I lost the ability, I always felt the need to Get the ability back, or to restart the whole level just to Reuse it, Unless I needed a different ability. (Fixed in Kirby's Squeak squad for Specific Reasons.) My Score: 10/10 (Two 10 out of 10s in a row!) UserScore:
- .14 Fire:
 "Burn bright with fire power! Light the fuse! Yow! Hot! You're on fire, man! Yoww!” Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby Super Star Ultra Next Appearance: Kirby's Return to Dream Land Fire. What is there to say? Hold down B to Shoot out flames. If you haven't played Kirby, (Or never used Fire. Both REALLY unlikely.) Then it'd be wise to do either of those. Then if not. Just imagine it being like Bowser's Regular Special move in Melee/ Brawl. Also, Fire's dashing attack is Taken from the Burning ability. (It literally IS the burning Ability.) Pretty Neat. I usually Just use Ice though. Still a Very good Ability though. My Score: 8/10 UserScore:
- .15 Freeze:
 "Stop! Come no closer! I'll chill you to the bone!” Origin: Kirby's Adventure Last Seen: Kirby: Canvas Curse Can't really Say much about Freeze, since it became a move for the higher up ability. (Ice.) Much like burning to Fire. Freeze's power was basically Spark. You form a snow storm around you, and you freeze all the enemies that get near you. As I said, It's basically Spark, But with ice instead. I Actually Really Like this move when it comes to using the ice ability, but it being an ability, it falls short. I'll cover this More when I review Ice. My Score: 7/10 UserScore:

I think Crash should've been Kirby's final smash instead of Cook Kirby.
