Ways game developers avoid courtrooms amaze me. First the "no online" threat now an even better attempt by Notch (minecraft dude) to avoid a dev vs dev legal battle. The new minecraft mode called scrolls is being called a copyright infringement by Bethseda, the guys who make the elder scrolls series. So Notch wants to settle the dispute via a versus game of quake 3. I don't know about you but I think that's awesome . As of now I don't think bethseda accepted.
